On Monday, September 21st, the AYLUS Roslyn Branch worked with the NOSH Delivers organization from 9 to 1 p.m. NOSH Delivers is a non-profit organization in Glen Cove that helps provide fresh foods to families in need. When we arrived, we started making bags of food. Then we split up. Two of the members went to make breakfast and lunch bags while the rest of the members went to sort the cauliflower. After that was done, we split up again and some of the members went into the farmers market to help out and the others sort out fresh produce. In the end, we all felt relieved knowing that we were able to help NOSH provide all these necessities for all the families.
