On Saturday, July 11th, 2026, volunteers from AYLUS Frisco and Plano Branch volunteered at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), a nonprofit organization that helps starving kids and their families in need around the world. During the 7:00 PM session, we worked in various positions in the packing area at Table 2. We had a lot of fun with the packing challenges and cheering every time we finished an entire box.

The staff instructed us on what we needed to do in our roles for today’s session and had us watch a video for more instructions on how to pack Mannapack meals while following food safety regulations. We also helped with the cleanup at the end of the session. Everyone had a great time with their roles for our session!

By the end of the session, we packed 82 boxes, which would provide 17,712  meals, enough to feed 48 children a daily meal for an entire year! The food that we helped pack today would go to children in need.
