On August 11, 2026, volunteers supported the LSA SNCC staff in organizing and facilitating a summer camp session for adults with special needs at the West Pearland Library. The volunteers began by assisting with an arts and crafts activity, helping participants express their creativity and complete various projects. Following the art class, they engaged with the campers through a variety of interactive games and recreational activities, encouraging social interaction, teamwork, and enjoyment. Their contributions helped create a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment, ensuring that the campers had a positive and memorable experience throughout the session.
