Chapel Hill Branch Bakes Cookies for Meals on Wheels on July 26th, 2026

On July 26, 2026, members of the Chapel Hill Branch baked homemade cookies for Meals on Wheels, an organization that provides meal deliveries to older adults and homebound individuals in our community. For many years, Meals on Wheels has helped ensure that those in need receive regular meals and support.

Volunteers baked cookies in their own kitchens, and the cookies were packaged and delivered to Meals on Wheels on July 27, 2026. We hope this small service project brought a smile to local seniors and helped support the organization’s mission.

Volunteers who participated in this event were Alwin Liu (6 hours of baking + 1.5 hours of packaging and delivering), Andrew Zhao (2.5 hours), Eli Tan (6 hours), and Leah Yang (6 hours).
