In today’s lesson three students were taught by three volunteers, Jordana, Yushan, and Yurong. One student worked with Yurong on kicking with the kickboard and arm technique. The other two students worked with Jordana and Yushan where they reviewed their freestyle stroke that they learned last lesson. Then they practiced their backstroke technique. The lesson ended with a kicking competition among the students and instructors.
