On Thursday, July 9, members of the AYLUS Greater Buffalo Branch participated in the Youth Initiative Bristol Village Senior Engagement Program, spending the afternoon with senior residents through music, games, and conversation.
Student volunteers performed solo pieces, bringing joy and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for the residents. Also, they played board games and chatted with seniors, helping them stay engaged while building meaningful connections across generations. It was a rewarding experience for both the residents and the student volunteers.
