On June 26th, members of the Syosset AYLUS joined the Long Island Native Plant Initiative (LINPI) to assist with their support for local environmental initiatives. Members were mainly involved in up-potting, the process of moving mature plants into a larger pot for better growth. Some members helped remove weeds outside in the yard.
