On June 8th, 2026, a robotics class took place in the Hua Xia school. Students were introduced to basic concepts in robotics, such as what robotics was, and were also introduced to the crucial components of the Lego SPIKE kits they would use for the rest of the classes; the hub, motors, and sensors. There were also many activities in the lesson, with an example of coding via commands given to a class instructor (Roger), along with a final activity where the kids built the tallest tower to survive an “earthquake,” where the instructors shook the table containing the structures. The tallest tower that survived was to be given a prize of candy for the next class.
