Murrieta AYLUS Helps Local Food Bank (#102) (06/18/2026)

On June 18 2026, Murrieta members volunteered at the CMOH Food Bank.

Community Mission of Hope (CMOH) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving underserved individuals and families by providing food, resources, and support programs. Through initiatives like their food bank, CMOH helps address food insecurity and brings the community together to support those in need.

Members began their shift in the dry food section, where they sorted donated food items, organized supplies, and packed distribution boxes to prepare them for client distribution.

After all of the donated dry food had been processed for the day, members transferred to the fresh produce section. There, they sorted and organized fresh vegetables to ensure quality and proper distribution. At the end of the shift, members worked together to clean the work area by wiping down the tables, disposing of leftover packaging materials, and mopping the floors.

Volunteers: Jane Lu / Alisa Li / Yuan (Ann) Yi : 3 hrs each
