On May 31st, 2026, AYLUS Syosset held its fourth volunteer-led community basketball event of the year at Syosset-Woodbury Community Park (11791). The activity began with one hour of basketball fundamentals training, where participants practiced dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork skills. After a group photo at 10:00 AM, players aged six and above participated in friendly scrimmage games, while younger children enjoyed supervised free play nearby. The event provided local youth with an opportunity to stay active, build confidence, and develop sportsmanship in a supportive environment.
