On May 16th, members of the Syosset AYLUS joined the Long Island Native Plant Initiative (LINPI) to assist with their support for local environmental initiatives. Today, members first assisted with removing weeds from healthy plants and pots. We also assisted with weeding outside in the garden, around the fences, and in the greenhouses. Overall, volunteers worked hard and helped clean and manage plants.
