Today at Ridge Oak, there were several questions such as how to add someone else on wechat, which the volunteer helped by using the scan function to scan the other person’s contact QR code. Another customer had issues with deleting messages and the volunteer helped them by showing to long press a message, select more, then press the trash button on the bottom of the screen. Finally there was a question on what icloud is and how to download ChatGPT onto their phones.
These bonds that are built between volunteers and seniors are important as they help to build and knit the community to be even closer and tighter.
