On Sunday morning, April 12th, two members of the AYLUS-Chapel Hill branch picked up two carts of flower bouquets and potted plants from the local Trader Joe’s. These flowers were then delivered to Charles House, just one of many recreational activity centers in Carol Woods, and watered to keep fresh. Throughout the week, residents will come by for workshops to try their hand at creative and technical flower arranging which will decorate the tables of staff and areas around the center and serve as another reminder of many spring blooms that can also be found outside. We look forward to and are grateful for each opportunity to give back to the community, see you next time!
