On April 18, 2026, members of the AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch gathered at the ALFC Generosity Center to participate in a meaningful day of community service. Guided by a shared commitment to giving back, volunteers arrived early and worked from 7:20 AM to 1:00 PM, with each member completing 5.5 hours of service.
Throughout the event, volunteers assisted with the center’s food distribution efforts by sorting fresh produce, organizing canned goods, and packing grocery bags for families experiencing food insecurity. Their contributions helped ensure that food assistance was prepared and distributed efficiently to those in need.
The day’s tasks required teamwork, dedication, and close attention to detail, all of which the
volunteers demonstrated. Along the way, they also gained a greater understanding of how nonprofit organizations operate and the importance of reliable access to food resources.
As the event came to a close, volunteers reflected on the value of their service. Their efforts not only supported local families, but also strengthened their sense of responsibility and connection to the community.
This service project highlights the continued dedication of the AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch to helping others. Through their hard work and cooperation, these volunteers showed that working together can create a meaningful and lasting impact.
