Event Description

On April 18, 2026, volunteers from the AYLUS Irvine Branch hosted a creative activity at a local senior center from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. During the event, members organized and led a hands-on session where residents made decorative door hangers.

Volunteers guided seniors step-by-step through the crafting process, providing support and encouragement while allowing them to personalize their creations. Throughout the activity, members spent time accompanying residents, engaging in conversation, and creating a warm and welcoming environment.

This event fostered creativity, companionship, and meaningful connection, reflecting AYLUS Irvine’s commitment to enriching the lives of seniors through interactive and engaging community service.
