Today our members helped with several questions. One customer had a question on how to resolve an issue which prevented their phone from using Youtube. Another customer wanted to download Doubao, however we couldn’t help with this, as there are regional restrictions on the app. Finally, another senior had a question on how to turn the volume louder on call which the volunteer replied by telling them to use the speaker option.
Other than just helping the seniors with technology, volunteers connected with the seniors in their local community and found out what it truly means to be part of one. The seniors also gained a sense of community from this session, and connected with our volunteers.
