AYLUS Great Neck Branch volunteers at GNCA gala 3/21/25

On March 21st, members of the Great Neck AYLUS organization volunteered at the GNCA 2025 Gala, celebratingits 30th anniversary. This milestone event brought together community leaders, distinguished guests, and supporters to honor three decades of GNCA’s contributions. Volunteers played a key role in ensuring the evening was well-organized and enjoyable for all attendees. From the moment guests arrived, they assisted with check-in, guided attendees to their designated tables, and helped create a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests spoke Chinese, and our bilingual volunteers effectively communicated with them to ensure they felt comfortable and accommodated.

Throughout the evening, volunteers managed crowd flow, provided directions, and assisted VIP guests in finding their reserved seats. Their dedication helped maintain organization and efficiency, allowing guests to fully enjoy the celebration. Beyond logistical support, volunteers contributed to the warm and festive atmosphere of the gala, ensuring that everyone had a positive experience. Their enthusiasm and willingness to help reinforced the values of teamwork and hospitality, making the event run smoothly for both guests and organizers.

As the night came to an end, volunteers continued their efforts by assisting with cleanup. They helped collect event materials, organize decorations, and ensure that everything was properly packed away. Their hard work allowed the event organizers to wrap up the night efficiently and left the venue in excellent condition. By dedicating their time before, during, and after the gala, the Great Neck AYLUS volunteers played an essential role in the success of the GNCA 2025 Gala, making the 30th-anniversary celebration a truly memorable event.
