On Sunday, November 10th, 2024, members of the AYLUS Bergen branch came together to host a park cleanup event at Overpeck County Park in Leonia, New Jersey.
It was a very chilly day but still a nice day to conduct a park cleanup. Everyone got together, worked collaboratively, and communicated/delegated roles for the cleanup. We picked up various types of garbage, such as bottles, scraps, empty containers, bottle caps, and much more. It was a good experience for our members to learn how to work together and help the park once again!
