On Saturday, October 5th, 2024, members of the AYLUS Bergen branch came together to host a park cleanup event at Overpeck County Park in Leonia, New Jersey.
It was a very nice day with perfect weather to conduct a park cleanup. Everyone got together, worked collaboratively, and communicated/delegated roles for the cleanup. We picked up various types of garbage, such as bottles, scraps, empty containers, bottle caps, and much more. It was a very good experience for some new members, and we hope to serve our community again!
