On September 15th a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration at Z-tao Supermarket. our group of eight volunteers took this opportunity to raise funds for the Children’s Hospital and the African Library. We sold balloons, cotton candy, shaved ice, and more. But something new in particular was added today, we began selling backpacks and desk Organizer. They were donated by two of our amazing ALYUS parents. Although there weren’t many customers this time, and the sales fundraising didn’t go as well as we had hoped, we were still deeply touched by the generosity of some customers who offered donations even without making a purchase.
We hope all of the AYLUS kids can keep working hard and reach for others who need help just like today!
