On Sep. 08 2024, the members of Aylus Murrieta were following their routine to clean up their adopted park.
Members began early to avoid the intense heat. They made their way around the park, inspecting the bushes where most of the trash was hidden. At the BBQ area, they found many snack wrappers, broken glass, as well we beverage cups. At the parking lot, many cigarette butts, water bottles, beer bottles were found. Members carefully separated the bottles to be recycled, and disposed the trash properly.
Through ongoing park maintenance, the Murrieta branch strives to raise awareness about environmental issues and inspire local stewardship.
