On September 1st, 2024, Murrieta AYLUS member helped local senior centers.
At Torrey Pines Senior Living: The volunteers first prepared a light snack with fruits and yoghurt, before pouring some juice. The residents were led through various chair yoga exercises, and were then taken outside to enjoy some sunshine. They played a few rounds of catch with a volleyball before enjoying their snack, and the volunteers helped take the residents on walks. They ended the day with some more ball games before the residents were taken to their lunch.

On September 1st, 2024, Murrieta AYLUS members played piano at their local senior center.
Members checked in at the front before heading to the library where a few seniors awaited them. Members alternated turns for playing, also taking requests from the seniors. As members played, more seniors came in to listen to them. At the end, some seniors came up and hugged members, telling them how much they appreciated the music. Members got a sweet treat from the parlor before signing out.
