On July 7, 2024, AYLUS San Diego Branch organized the collection and donation of clothing that was later dropped off at a local Goodwill donation center. As a team, the volunteers donated 15 bags of clothes to support those in need. The collaborative efforts of our volunteers made a significant impact, highlighting the power of community-driven initiatives. The success of this event reinforces our commitment to organizing future clothing drives that contribute to the well-being of our community members.
There are total of 19 AYLUS members that participated in the mid-year clothing donation event, and 4 of them also helped drop off the clothes at the Goodwill donation center. These four volunteers received 2.5 service hours:
Andrew Zhou, Daniel Zhou, Ganning Ye, and Derek Chen.
