On Tuesday, July 2nd Yurong, Yushan, and Jordana taught participating swimmers Barry, Andy, and Darren. At the beginning of the lesson, they helped the swimmers work on their backstroke technique so their legs didn’t sink while swimming. After they helped the swimmers work on their butterfly. Yurong worked to help Andy on his fly kick while Yushan and Jordana helped Barry and Darren work on their rhythm while swimming fly. Later Yushan, Yurong, and Jordana worked together to help all three swimmers work on moving their arms and legs together at the same time and breathing for Butterfly. To end off the lesson Darren, Barry, and Andy did kick races.
