In the evening of June 7，2024，AYLUS members Derek Zhu, Alex Sun, Will Wang, Christopher Nguyen, and Zide Liu hosted a community tennis training session at Dawson High School for local children. The purpose of the event was to teach the children the basics of tennis while promoting community service. The young leaders aimed to instill a sense of responsibility and community spirit in the children. During the session, the kids learned proper techniques for serving, volleying, and footwork. The event provided an excellent opportunity for the children to engage in physical activity, make new friends, and develop teamwork skills. The coaches emphasized sportsmanship and encouraged mutual support among the participants. AYLUS is dedicated to community engagement and development. This tennis training session is a testament to their efforts in making a positive impact. The children left with improved tennis skills and a greater appreciation for giving back to the community.
