Last Sunday morning, the volunteers of the AYLUS Chapel Hill branch dedicated their time to Charles House, where we collected lots of gorgeous spring flowers donated by Trader Joe’s. These blooms aren’t just any flowers; they’re like little bundles of happiness for the elders with dementia. We hope having these vibrant flowers around will boost their moods and make their days brighter. Together, we can make some real positive changes in our community!
Volunteers who participated in this event were Hongyan (1.5 hours), Eric Sun (1 hour), Shuang (1 hour), Kevin Chen (1 hour), Luna Chen (1 hour), and Yi (1 hour).
