Morrisville Branch Donates Handmade Crafts to Kits to Heart on April 21, 2024

During the month of April, members from our community branch embarked on a heartwarming mission: bringing comfort and joy to cancer patients through their own artistic talents. These dedicated youths, armed with creativity and compassion, poured their hearts into crafting beautiful and thoughtful items – knitted hats, friendship bracelets, journals and origami – specifically designed to brighten the days of individuals facing the challenges of cancer. This is the third time our branch made a donation to Kits to Heart (KTH) after a big success in the last year. KTH is a non-profit organization that has a mission to bring smiles and solidarity to those affected by cancer.

The following is a breakdown of what each team member contributed:
Lingfei Tang 7.5 hours (hats)
Joyce Xu 3 hours (hats)
Kenna Zhang 3 hours (bracelets)
Shawn Ye 5 hours (bracelets)
Alison Lee 4 hours (Origami)
Emma Wang 1 hour (bracelets)
