On Sunday, March 31st, 2024, two members of AYLUS – Chapel Hill volunteered to assist Charles House by collecting flowers donated by the local Trader Joe’s store. These flowers were then delivered to Charles House, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to eldercare and supporting individuals with dementia. Located at the Carol Woods Retirement Community, Charles House aims to enhance the lives of seniors. The seniors will utilize these flowers for an art craft activity scheduled for next Monday. We hope that these vibrant blooms will bring smiles and enrich the lives of our aging community members. Our commitment to supporting the well-being of elders continues, and we look forward to future collaborations.
