After the successful Lunar New Year Festival held on February 24, 2024, AYLUS Pearland members designed a survey to collect the community feedback on the event. In order to cater the different population, the survey was designed in either English or Chinese, and spread to community through multiple social media platforms. The deadline to fill in the survey is on March 24, 2024. After that, AYLUS volunteers collected all the survey feedback and summarized them to gain specific insights from the attendees and volunteers. In total, we received 61 responses.
The people who participated in the survey gave feedback on the overall experience, the safety, the parking, the specific booth in the festival, the food court and the volunteering services. They also pointed out what they expect to improve or see in the future. Overall, it was a very informative survey. It will help us to improve our event organization next year. The survey results were shared to the AYLUS Pearland and Pearland Chinese Association board for the reference.
