On January 27th, 2024, the volunteers of the AYLUS Raritan Valley Branch met in the East Brunswick Public Library to make heartwarming and inspiring cards to send to children in hospice. The event took place from 2 PM to 4 PM inside a meeting room. The volunteers wrote inspiring and kind comments on cards and folded it in envelopes to deliver it away. They also followed the guidelines on making the cards as instructed. The cards varies in size, shape, and color making it more diverse than just a bland set of cards. Overall, we made a total of 106 cards to mail it to the hospital. Many of the volunteers were making cards at the East Brunswick Public Library, while others made the cards at their homes.
