Somerville YMCA,140 Mt Airy Road, Basking Ridge, NJ,07920, invited the community to craft heartfelt Valentine’s Day cards to brighten the lives of local cherished community members experiencing social isolation, including veterans and seniors. AYLUS Basking Ridge members handcrafted almost 100 cards during the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service on Monday, January 15,2024. All these cards will be collected and sent to Somerville YMCA and will be distributed to Chelsea Assisted Living in Warren and Valley Brook Village/Veterans Administration.
