On December 16th, 2023, we gathered together to advocate Obamacare, Medicare, Medicaid programs and the All of Us research program to local low-income families. TMMTD, Third Monday McKinney Trade Day was open the weekend before the third Monday of every month and most of its customers were local low-income families. We prepared three posters for details on how to enroll in Obamacare, Medicare and Medicaid programs, how Light and Salt Association helps them to enroll in these programs and the details of the All of Us program. We also distributed many flyers to low-income families. We arrived ahead of time to set up our booth with three posters and 2 framed banners. Health equity means that everyone has the opportunity to be as healthy as possible, regardless of their circumstances. We advocated health equity, the All of Us research program and the AYLUS spirit to local communities.
