On December 2nd, 2023, volunteers from the AYLUS Columbus branch hid candy canes around down town Dublin from 11:30 to 12:30 for the City of Dublin Candy Cane Event. 10 volunteers were each given their own bags of candy canes that they hid on trees or benches or rocks under amazing weather for kids and candy cane enthusiasts to find; everyone kept on running out of candy canes from how much fun they had hiding them. The volunteers later on went to treat themselves to ice cream after a job well done.
