On October 14th, Saturday, Murrieta AYLUS conducted a park cleanup at Meadows Park. The group split in two, one going around the right side to collect pieces of trash on the playground. Along the way, they found a large box along with many other chip bags and spare candy wrappers. The other group went around the left side to collect off the bushes and the sides of the park. They met at the parking lot which had the most amount of trash, including the likes of plastic bags, pieces of discarded food, and more plastic. There were also a large number of plastic cups and glass bottles in the parking lot bushes which took up the most space. After everything was searched through and cleaned after, they through the bags away in the local trash can.
