At the flea market on Sunday, September 17th, 2023, we sold gemstone bracelets as well as other trinkets soaps. We ended up getting around 150 dollars in total, which is way less than what we had on Saturday — but this is because there were fewer customers on Sunday, and people were just generally less interested that day. …Also, did I mention it was hot outside? We tried many different ways to get people to buy the bracelets, me and Vicky would alternate in talking to people while Melody created bracelets in the background. Some people were interested, one in particular was this group of 3 girls from a nearby shop (their uncle sold ribs and steak, or something along those lines). These girls loved the bracelets, they wanted to get one for all three of them. They didn’t have money on hand, so when they asked their dad for money for 3 bracelets, he declined and only let them have one. Nonetheless, we got a customer! Our hard work paid off by the end of the day, and I got valuable bonding experiences with the people there through TMMTD flea Market fundraising! Great team work!
