Reported by Jenny Wang

As a non-profit organization, we posted our TweeTea Shop’s boba tea and egg tarts fundraising flyers for the African Library Project on social media. We received many orders, compliment and  encouragement. The total order of 149 cups of boba tea and 190 egg tarts was received from the local communities. To prepare the order, we had a Zoom meeting to assign the key role jobs to the branch members. Charlotte was assigned to do key role 1 to prepare brown sugar syrup. Emily and Amanda were assigned key role 2 to brew 6.3 gallons of black tea water on the 9/8 evening, Melody was assigned key role 3 to prepare brown sugar syrup on the 9/8 evening and cook pearl in the morning of 9/9. Vicky and Jasmine were assigned key role 4 to bake 149 egg tarts before 10:30 AM. Charlotte worked very hard and prepared two big pots of sugar syrup. Emily and Amanda used all their kitchen containers to make 6.3 gallons of black tea water. Melody made brown sugar syrup on the 9/8 evening and woke up at 6:30 AM on 9/9 to complete cooking the pearls before 10:30 AM. Vicky and Jasmine woke up at 5:30 AM on 9/9 to bake 149 egg tarts.
