The volunteers at Raritan Valley were excited to help out and volunteer with Dream Food Fest, an amazing AAPI-led event with vendors and businesses from all over the world. There was a mixture of Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Filipino, Mexican, and other kinds of cultural food! Some volunteers worked at the gates and admissions, selling VIP entry tickets and directing people to the entrance. Others worked at the main entrance, giving out merchandise such as tote bags and bucket hats. This event means a lot to the AAPI community and spreads our appreciation of Asian cultures. We are so thankful for this opportunity and hope to be back next time!
