There is a medical research program called All of Us introduced by AYLUS Pearland branch and Light and Salt Association. The All of Us Research Program is inviting one million people across the U.S. to help build one of the most diverse health databases in history. Now the challange is Asian American’s particiption rate is way too low comparing with the Asian’s population percentage in U.S. We decided to promote the research program as it would not only help National Institute of Health to build one of the most diverse health databases in history but also fundraise for our branch. After a brief introduction on how the research program worked via Zoom meeting, some of our branch members acted immediately by talking to the neighbors, talking to the family members and contacting Asian American they know who is over 18 years and living in U.S. We immediately scheduled a promotion session next week. We will notify the group of people the time and location of the promotion session.
