Columbus Branch Created Posters for Graduating Seniors From Local Children’s Choir on May 13, 2023
During the week of May 13, 2023, AYLUS Columbus members created celebratory posters for graduating seniors from the Columbus International Children’s Choir. This annual tradition was started during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many typical senior celebrations were disrupted, and has continued to flourish every year since then.
Members crafted beautiful, thoughtful, and creative posters for eight choir seniors; each poster featured the student’s name as well as colors, logos, and graphics of post-graduation plans. The posters were presented to the soon-to-be graduates at the Columbus International Children’s Choir’s spring concert and served as reminders of the hard work, dedication, and perseverance that the students have put forth during both their academic and musical careers. One choir member also used the poster in his graduation party.
