AYLUS Bellaire Branch volunteered at Ed White Elementary on February 4, 2022, from 9 AM to 12 PM
In those 3 hours, volunteers tutored students from grade 3-5. Volunteers helped students with math skills such as multiplication, division, and fractions; volunteers also helped students with English. Games were utilized as a means to help tutor these students. These games include: VersaTiles, Place Value Games, Matching games, bingo, etc. During break time, the tutors would play board games such as chess and checkers with the tutees.
