On October 2nd, 2022, AYLUS Cheshire Branch volunteered at a 5 mile Road Race. The volunteers were stationed at the halfway point of the race (2.5 miles), and were tasked with passing water to runners as they came along. Although the day was cold, the members enjoyed filling up the cups with water and giving spirit and praise to the runners as they passed by. After filling up water, they held out water cups in their hands to pass to runners from the beginning until the last runners had passed by. After handing out water, they helped clean up the leftover water, clean up all the cups on the ground, and put everything back the way it was. Below are some pictures of the event:
