On July 8, 2022, AYLUS Scottsdale volunteered at the Goodyear food distribution. The purpose of this event was to package and provide food for low income families in the Phoenix area. AYLUS members helped prepare food bags for families and carried them out to cars. Food bags contained poultry, fruits, vegetables, snacks, and bread. In addition, AYLUS members helped carry out milk, juice, and water to these families’ cars. Members that participated were Andrew Yang, Yanming Wu, Junxi Wu, Leona Wang, and Laura Wang (5 hrs each person).
