AYLUS San Fernando Valley Plants Together With Oak Park Community
in “Monarch Day in Action” on March 19th, 2022
On March 19th, 2022, the AYLUS branch of San Fernando Valley volunteered for an hour, from 12:00 p.m to 1:00 p.m at Oak View High School for their “Monarch Day In Action” event. Members Marc Hua, Nicolas Storch, Aaron Hekmatjah, Jason Xie and Oren Hekmatjah spread out, mulching, weeding, watering the site, planting milkweed, pollinator plants, etc.
Our team planned and organized this event through several email communications with the event coordinator to plan the opportunity.
