Alan Cheng and Lucas Zhang taught tennis throughout November. T
This month we focused on playing points. We warmed up with running and stretches, and then hit a few rounds of groundstrokes. After, we had them rotate in and out playing singles best of 3 feeding themselves. Then they paired into teams and played doubles short court for the rest of the time.
November 7th: Alan Cheng, Lucas Zhang (1.5 hrs each)
November 14th: Alan Cheng, Lucas Zhang (1.5hrs each)
