AYLUS Bridgewater Branch Gleans Apples With America’s Grow a Row

On November 4th, 2021, AYLUS Bridgewater worked with America’s Grow-A-Row to help reduce food waste during the fall season. Through gleaning apples, we were able to salvage apples that would have otherwise been wasted and get them into the hands of the people who need them. All in all, with a combined effort of our group, as well as many others, we collected over 13,000 pounds of apples, which is over 39,000 servings.
