On September 25, the Sugar land Branch continued the stay fit at home exercise sessions. The instructor began by leading the participants through a stretch, followed by a short cardio set to get everyone warmed up. After a short break, the instructor led the participants through a full body workout consisting of exercises that strengthen core, arms, and legs. Following that, the instructor constructed 3 different sets, each targeting the 3 specific areas included in the previous set. The instructor ended with a minute of plank .Participating AYLUS member was Isabella Wu. The session lasted 30 minutes.
