On September 11, the Sugar land Branch continued the stay fit at home exercise sessions. The instructors began with a warm up and stretch. The first set focused completely on legs. The exercises included lunge pulses, starting with 16 lounges on each side and decreasing by half each rotation. Instructors introduced more leg exercises that worked on controlling leg raises above an object (as shown in the picture). Next, we worked on cardio and arms by doing a burpee set. The set included burpees, push-up burpees, burpee jacks, and step burpees. The set was repeated. Instructors led a cool down. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole and Isabella Wu. The session lasted 30 minutes.
