On 8/28/21, AYLUS Manhasset hosted the weekly English teaching program. The sessions were held on Voov for international students.
Each member would be responsible for students with various levels of English proficiency. Depending on the student, there will be different teaching techniques and lessons prepared such as reading, writing, and vocabulary lessons to help with comprehension and pronunciation. The students had trouble with pronunciation or reading a word/phrase. The teacher helps them through sounding out the syllables and explaining slowly.
The members that participated were Loretta Liu (1 hr) and Joanna Yang (1 hr).
