On August 1, 2021, members of the AYLUS Rancho Santa Margarita participate in food delivery organized by Crossline Community Church at the Crossline Community Church. They separated and sourced various groceries for PantryGo.
Upon receiving various types of foods, the members organized them by fruits, meat, etc. The members packaged the goods into separate bags to be delivered to their recipients. They also participated in setting up and clean-up.
This activity was meaningful to AYLUS Ranch Santa Margarita as it allowed members to assist in ensuring that members of their community receive vital foods. Moreover, this opportunity allowed members to step up into a leadership role as they chaperoned the younger volunteers. The members recognized that they could use their capabilities to help others in their area in need who may be less fortunate. It was an excellent example of community service, solidarity, and leadership.
