On June 22nd, AYLUS Scottsdale volunteered for Mountain Park Healthcenter in Phoenix. AYLUS members helped package food and distribute them out to cars. The purpose of this event was to help households in need. Due to the pandemic, many families experienced a shortage of food, especially during the summer when kids weren’t receiving school lunches. During the pandemic, It is important to help those in need, but also to be aware of those who are less fortunate than us. Members who participated: Bridget Chen (4 hrs), Andrew Yang (4hrs), Leona Wang (4hrs), Laura Wang (4hrs), and Logan Zhao (4hrs).
